I went to an AVON seminar which was packed full of great, helpful information on how to build my business. We had speaks from different people who had made it. Had coffee, lunch and FREE products which will help with our business. I really enjoyed this day.

What do I do as a Representative.
 I show brochures to family/friends and I do have a large allocated area. I did ask for the area. Its very near me. 
I collect orders, then put these on my FREE site, then when I have collected them all in I sent it to AVON. 
Once delivery has come, I sort out into bags, take to customers, in exchange for monies, then I pay AVON what I have to then I pay myself.
Sales Leadership, is all of the above, and appointing new Representatives, Training them to do what I do. Taking care of them and just helping them along the way. 

Would  I recommend to a friend. Yes Yes Yes 

Last year I attended LYD this is a great AVON annual event and is for Sales Leader it full of training seminars, gala dinner, competitions and recognition.

I bought some Hopi ear candles two days ago, they come very fast considering I only ordered them the night before.  This is a sign I am sure of it. I need to complete my course work and then I will have another Holistic therapy all done. I have completed Reiki first and second Degrees, and Indian Head massage. Which I love. I bought my self an Indian head Massage chair and need now Reiki and Massage bed. Linen and a room. I am going to start with friends, family and AVON customers once I have...

Spiritual Journey

Today I went to town with my daughter and finance. It was one of those days I seemed to meet all the negatives. It taught me something today, and that is that when you feel negative then you do attract this. I firstly had one person who was really rude to me for no reason what so ever, she looked me up and down and then called me disgusting. Ups and Downs

Ups and downs make us who we are. For a good few years I have been on a roller coaster. I have finally broken free from big problems in my life. And it was only me who could do this. I have Done Reiki first and second degrees, Indian head massage. I am studying Hopi ear candling, and have started my own small business which I wish to grow. I have done this in 2 years.
