Super foods and vitamins.

Over the past 6 months I have been thinking about what I really want and I want to be healthier person, so I am adding super foods and vitamins to my daily diet. 
Folic Acid
Evening Primrose
Ginkgo Biloba 
Bee pollen 
Are the main ones I have started to take this month and months previous. I feel a lot better and my periods seemed to have stopped being so erratic. 
Cut milk out of my tea, still eating dairy but I think cutting down a lot will help me to lose weight.

Today has been a good day! 23/04/12

Today has been a brilliant day. I have appointed a new Representative for my team, the next one will be for Colin. I am so happy I have had this opportunity. 
I am a bit sad, we have literally run out of money this time again and I have had money added to my catalogue account. Late paying as I get no money at the minute for my daughter. She has started after school clubs and I am being a little harder on her when it comes to her and bed time. I have started shutting the door to my living room ...

Today I received a negative message from YouTube from a positive comment I left on a website of a star. I can not believe that I did not care what this person thought and the names they called me because I knew that I was in the right and I was not being nasty. 
I have had a lot of light shed on a big and negative situation in my life, which for legal purposes I can not talk about. How ever thanks to my soul sibling Andre, I can now let go of this situation and understand why this is happening...

Downs and ups!!

Well, had some very big downs, our car insurance has gone up because a women claimed against us, even though she drove into my partner, she had some work done to her car, and there was no damage done to either car. We have no Idea how we are going to pay it but I am thinking positive as we need our car for delivery's. And my Mobile Holistic Therapies, 
the UP is I have a course after Easter, I get to got to business meetings to see if I can get a loan through a charity to help me pay for some ...

I went to an AVON seminar which was packed full of great, helpful information on how to build my business. We had speaks from different people who had made it. Had coffee, lunch and FREE products which will help with our business. I really enjoyed this day.
