Super foods and vitamins.

Over the past 6 months I have been thinking about what I really want and I want to be healthier person, so I am adding super foods and vitamins to my daily diet.
Folic Acid
Evening Primrose
Ginkgo Biloba
Bee pollen
Are the main ones I have started to take this month and months previous. I feel a lot better and my periods seemed to have stopped being so erratic.
Cut milk out of my tea, still eating dairy but I think cutting down a lot will help me to lose weight.

Today I received a negative message from YouTube from a positive comment I left on a website of a star. I can not believe that I did not care what this person thought and the names they called me because I knew that I was in the right and I was not being nasty.
I have had a lot of light shed on a big and negative situation in my life, which for legal purposes I can not talk about. How ever thanks to my soul sibling Andre, I can now let go of this situation and understand why this is happening...

Downs and ups!!

Well, had some very big downs, our car insurance has gone up because a women claimed against us, even though she drove into my partner, she had some work done to her car, and there was no damage done to either car. We have no Idea how we are going to pay it but I am thinking positive as we need our car for delivery's. And my Mobile Holistic Therapies,
the UP is I have a course after Easter, I get to got to business meetings to see if I can get a loan through a charity to help me pay for some ...

I bought some Hopi ear candles two days ago, they come very fast considering I only ordered them the night before. This is a sign I am sure of it. I need to complete my course work and then I will have another Holistic therapy all done. I have completed Reiki first and second Degrees, and Indian Head massage. Which I love. Ups and Downs

Ups and downs make us who we are. For a good few years I have been on a roller coaster. I have finally broken free from big problems in my life. And it was only me who could do this. I have Done Reiki first and second degrees, Indian head massage. I am studying Hopi ear candling, and have started my own small business which I wish to grow. I have done this in 2 years. I have come so far on my Spiritual journey. I have been in 2 different relationships, met new people who made my life hard but...
