Over the past 6 months I have been thinking about what I really want and I want to be healthier person, so I am adding super foods and vitamins to my daily diet. 
Folic Acid
Evening Primrose
Ginkgo Biloba 
Bee pollen 
Are the main ones I have started to take this month and months previous. I feel a lot better and my periods seemed to have stopped being so erratic. 
Cut milk out of my tea, still eating dairy but I think cutting down a lot will help me to lose weight.
